What would you ask for if you could have anything in life? Money, power, fame, health? Not long after King David died, God appeared to Solomon in a dream and told Solomon to ask of Him for anything he wanted.
1 Kings 3:9
So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern this great people of yours?”
God was so pleased with Solomon that He gave him wisdom, riches, honor, and long life.
