There’s a lie from the pit of Hell. You’re alone! One of Satan’s main schemes has always been to divide and conquer. The truth is all believers are united in worship. What unites us? It’s not the law.
Romans 4:13-15
It was not through the law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness that comes by faith. 14 For if those who depend on the law are heirs, faith means nothing and the promise is worthless, 15 because the law brings wrath. And where there is no law there is no transgression.
This is a warning against false worship! We are not saved through the law. Trying to be good enough in comparison to others only divides us from each other and from God. God’s law shows us our need for something more. Our need for grace through faith.
Galatians 3:23-24
Before the coming of this faith, we were held in custody under the law, locked up until the faith that was to come would be revealed. 24 So the law was our guardian until Christ came that we might be justified by faith.
Genesis 15:6
Abram believed the Lord, and He credited it to him as righteousness.
2 Corinthians 5:7
For we live by faith, not by sight
All believers are united in Christ. God’s ways are not our ways. We are united in His love and truth. God knows the consequences of all our actions. Of every act of obedience or disobedience. God’s ways lead to life. His ways bring joy. God wants us to know more than just about Him, He wants true connection and intimacy.
It’s always been about faith!
